Job Description
We are reviewing candidates for a National Accounts Rep position for a national building services and lawncare/landscape company. The company has 150+ branch offices, has a steady growth record and excellent major customers. Some of the current clients are national retailers and banks. The company offers a wide berth of facility services, spearheaded by lawn care, landscaping, and tree services, with other services including snow and ice management, windows, and "anything outdoors". Seeking candidates from Ohio and possibly neighboring states. Hired person MUST relocate to the Marion Ohio area. Relocation assistance is provided.

Position Summary: 
- Is responsible for the inception, coordination and implementation of sales/marketing functions targeted toward specific national and regional clients
- Supports new sales efforts and coordinates new strategic sales relationships
- Navigates target accounts at Sr. levels
- Heads up new sales relationships based on referrals, networking, direct mail coordination, and other branding efforts.

Seeking in candidates:
- Bachelors degree - 5+ years of sales experience to major retailers and commercial firms (national and/or very large regional accounts)
- Any experience in sales of lawncare/landscape or other outdoor commercial facility services a very high plus
- Must have a steady growth record in service oriented sales, and several past employer references
- Available to move to Marion Ohio (very nice medium sized city in N. Central Ohio...has all the good stores) immediately upon hire
