Current openings are in rural Northeastern SD. This position plays a key role in the success and operations of the plant. Taking on assignments of moderate difficulty and being able to exercise good judgment in resolving issues is important for this position. Making recommendations, interacting with customers and multitasking is also the role you will play. Although other duties may be assigned, essentially this position consists of: 1. Analyzing fields to determine suitable chemical mix 2. Operate machinery and maintain fertilizer 3. Knowledge of blends and following labels when blending crop protection products 4. Unloading and delivery of products 5. Ability to read maps During the summer months and harvest times it’s important that candidates understand that hours increase. It’s essential for the success of the company that employees recognize this before applying. Work is year-round.
