HR Manager Multi Site: 2 Plants: Aurora and Southside Chicago – USDA/Meat Processing-Union experience is Mandatory * Provides direction and counsel regarding human resource aspects of plant operations in both union and non-union environments *7-10 years prior HR generalist experience required *HR management experience in a Food manufacturing environment a Must. *Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance programs (NLRM *Bi-Lingual / English-Spanish A MUST!!!! *Must be willing and able to split time between two facilities Yes, will relo candidate, but prefer local Chicago.
