Job Description: This position provides leadership, direction, and oversight in manufacturing facility Ensure efficient, safe and profitable performance of all production activities Ensure compliance with policies including GMP’s, HACCP, SSOP and others Work on test products, new products directly with R&D Department Monitor and verify label compliance Partner with Corporate Quality & Food Safety regarding corporate programs and best practices Job Requirements: BS in Microbiology Food Science Animal Science Chemistry 8 to 10 years experience in Meat Processing Operations Strong written & verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strengths and ability to work effectively with a team
