Job Description
We have an exclusive search to locate the Head of Accounting for a 300 employee,  mfg company. Division of $3b Corporation. 30 years double digit growth.

Controllers , Plant Accounting and Finance persons with solid work and interested in a small town of 20k to be with a company that has no layoffs. Works in a solid organization and enjoys a nice quality of life.

Person must be promotable in 5 years!

BS Accounting, costing, manufacturing accounting, finance at plant side. works as a business partner with GM on all forecasting, strategic planning and variances. Dotted line report to Corp Controller.

Salary is CDN 70-81k real base + 8k guaranteed bonus 1st year and up to 22% after 1st year.
